I had been seeing Sue Webb for many years, she was kind, knowledgeable. Until one day she told me you’re too old now (68) and you need to just see your primary doctor for further gyn appts. If thats suggested for insurance purposes, shame on you!!! Wow! Wow! Wow! I know she’s getting up there in age too. Good luck Sue Webb👎🏻
So she is a nice lady. However, my last visit I left feeling very unheard and belittled. I came in with concerns about pains/symptoms related to possible endometriosis. She very subtly rolled her eyes and told me that she really thought I just had a couple bad periods. She said that I'm too young to have endo and that the only way to diagnose it is with surgery. I was amazed of how quickly I was treated at my visit. I was very comfortable with Susan very happy to have my issue resolved.
I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. The office staff is wholly unable to meet basic procedural demands. The response time for questions and requests is nefarious. Worst yet, Susan Webb is wildly ill suited for her practice. Sue is uncommunicative, patronizing, & misdiagnosed me numerous times—one occasion resulting an emergency room trip & hospital stay, another in which Sue refused to take seriously my concerns & another doctor had to perform the tests necessary for a proper diagnosis.
