Susan is great, receptionists are incompetent. The gentlemen wanted me to wait 6 months to see her when I've seen her multiple in the past years. My father, who was also a "new" patient to hers called in during the same month I did & was able to see her in a week. Staff needs to get their act together - sad because we've been coming to this office for 30+ years
