Dr Pursell is a caring, professional and dedicated doctor. I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years. She has multiple locations - Danvers Lahey Hospital and Amesbury Medical Center.
If I could leave a negative star I would. This was the most unprofessional, dirty, disgusting doctors office I have ever been in. The “nurse” taking my vitals was on the phone the entire time. He had an ear bud in his ear. The walls are paper thin and there is no privacy at all, you can hear everything that is going on in the office. The exam table had not had the paper or sheets changed in who knows how long. I had to lay my own stuff down because the paper was worn and crinkled.
