My wife and several co-workers from the school district they work at, were subpoenaed by Ms Pucci today. Granted today was a canceled day because of subzero temperatures. So our kids were home as well. Ms Pucci let the group that was subpoenaed sit in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours at the courthouse. When they asked what was going on, she came out and told them she didn't need them and apologized that she MEANT to call their superintendent to tell them they weren't needed. But did not do that.
