I have a tough time writing this review but my last visit was really awful. Im not sure if it was a new vet but she came in calling him chunky right off the bat without first talking to me. She then proceeded to tell me issues that are already stated on his chart, hes been going to this vet since he was born, which makes me feel like she didnt give the care to go over his issues before coming in. Finding a vet can be difficult. I am really fortunate, however, to have found Dr. Sophia and her staff for my Coton de Tulear. They are competent and kind and did not fat shame my dog one bit. (We are working on it, lol).
10/10! Dr. Kalkstein and their HM Sage helped my pet when I was out of town - She got sick while a friend was watching her and I was so worried, they did such a great job of getting me in quickly and communicating with me throughout the process, I can't thank them enough. Dr Kalkstein was thorough and made sure my pet was comfortable until the worst of it passed. Thank you for caring for my kiddo like she was your own
Amazing, intelligent, kind & connected Competent Care from the moment you enter the door to the wonderful Dr Sofia. Cannot recommend highly enough
I have seen a lot of vets in my day and I have never had the level of care and expertise provided by Dr. Sofia. I can not recommend her highly enough.
