Susan used to be my doctor. I had a seizure in her office. She screamed at me to "breathe through my nose" (I couldn't, I have low oxygen during seizures) and her nurses told me not to move enough though I hurt my back having a seizure. Please don't let this woman near you, especially if you have a chronic or invisible illness. I will never trust this hospital with my care ever again.
Susan was great. My only complaint is my appointment was at 1045 and I didn’t get seen til 1210. And as a new pt, it felt a little rushed since I’m assuming she was behind.
