I was there mid-morning, pre-coffee (since I was going to have blood work done), and I genuinely felt bad because instead of just doing her job with yet another patient, Dr. Caldwell was clearly putting in effort to be happy and friendly, and I just couldn’t return her enthusiasm. Lol. The admin staff and other healthcare staff were also very nice and efficient.
First time seeing Dr Caldwell, her and her nurse were very thorough in finding out my medical condition. They were friendly, courteous and professional. She followed up after blood tests results which I appreciated.
I love love love Dr. Caldwell. She's very thorough and very dedicated in what she does. And I appreciate her wisdom that she Shares with me!
