First of all, Dr. Caldwell has an amazing friendly staff to support her. Dr. Caldwell herself is extremely warm and welcoming and put me at ease sharing all the details of my extensive medical history. She listened carefully to all my concerns and answered all my questions. At the end of my visit, I knew I had chosen the right doctor to be my new Primary Care Physician.
Dr. Caldwell and her nurse, Melissa, are what doctors & doctor’s staff used to be. Dr. Caldwell always has time to sit & patiently answer my silly questions. I’m so grateful to have found her.
Dr. Caldwell and Melissa are wonderful. Very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is with the long line to check in.
