This "professional" was very rude and complained about the apt in the hall to her medical assistant. I could here her from the exam room. She did not introduce herself or knock when she entered the room. I am very disgusted by her services.
My wife just took my sick son to your office, was 2 minutes past the appointment time, waited for the receptionist to get off the phone, then was refused because she was then past the six minute window. I understand that it is necessary to get there early, but when you take off work, get you sick kid in the car, race to the doctors office to be turned away for being a few minutes late to an appointment you made this morning, it is completely despicable for these people to turn away a sick kid.
