Susan is great. She has been my primary care NP for over two years now. She is an exceptional listener and will spend time with you on your visit, explaining your medications, concerns, etc. After years of seeing specialists in Columbus for thyroid issues, she is the first medical professional to identify my missing thyroid by sending me out for testing and an ultrasound. I am so grateful. I highly recommend Susan!
I really wanted to like Dr. Moore but had a lot of weird/almost dangerous experiences with her. If you have a complex case you need to see a different doctor. If your needs are basic I'd say she's ok. BUT, I would always ask her how she came to her conclusions before going on any meds period. She is more likely to prescribe something and just assume verses testing and getting you the correct meds. And if you are like me, who has issues with medication side effects, you will have problems.
