I overheard a conversation with Susan Monce with a younger customer keep in mind this is the 4th interaction I’ve observed. SHES SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Rude isn’t the word. This office has always been good to me. Usually, I hate calling places and just use websites and apps, but Susan's office/employees are just so easy to call up and talk to. They can add/cancel/edit your policy within minutes. If you're looking for an agent with a great team, look no further.
