I truly love Dr. Greene. She’s an amazing doctor who has always made me feel cared for and supported. Unfortunately, her staff does not reflect the same level of care or professionalism. Starting with Ericka at the answering service, her dismissive tone and lack of empathy are completely unacceptable. I spoke with her on 11/3/25 @ 8:36am, 1:02pm, and 2:40pm. Wow. What a rude receptionist. I’ve never felt so defeated. New to the area and pregnant, hoping for some answers and was hastily rushed off the phone and told to go take a home pregnancy test. Which of course I did. That’s fine, clearly I’m not welcome. Very disappointed with how I was treated today 10/7 when I called at 9:58. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend.
