She is without doubt the best doctor I have ever had. Caring, involved and immensely experienced.
She is the best doctor I have ever had. She actively listens and responds to concerns. She is warm and caring. I trust her completely and go to all of the doctors she recommended to me. SHe is a jewel.
My opinion is Find someone else. My experience was that she has limited availability, cancels appointments last minute and won’t make room in her schedule for emergencies. I asked her office for a prescription refill that I needed in a timely manner and she refused to do it unless I see her again and go figure she doesn’t have an opening for 3-4 months!! I thought she Used to have great bedside manner, and I don’t know what happened but I am looking for a new primary doctor who is reliable and compassionate.
I will never go back to Dr. Minkowitz! I made an appointment and arrived on time (one hour commute from Brooklyn) and was told that she had an emergency and had to reschedule. Understandable. I came back for the rescheduled appointment and checked in and even asked the receptionist to confirm that I was all set. I had even filled out the pre-appointment paperwork online!
