My mom had been going to Dr. Milliken for a couple years now. She's Vietnamese and doesn't speak English well so I came with her to translate. We were there on time and were put in a room to wait for the doctor. We waited a while for Dr. Milliken. When she came in, we discussed my mom's health problems. Dr Miliken is one of the best doctor ever, she’s so caring and kind. She’s actually listened to you and try to find the best treatment for you . The world truly deserves more people like Dr Miliken .I love her !!!
Physical office location is great & office is clean. Reception is nice and nurses are friendly. Dr. Milliken is the rudest, most condescending doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen her multiple times to give her benefit of doubt, but each time I leave feeling frustrated and not heard. She speaks to patients like they’re children and belittles them for asking questions.
I have spent about 3 years with Doctor Milliken and I have tried to go into every appointment with a positive attitude and a fresh slate. Everytime I just leave feeling like it was a waste of my time. She consistently asks questions like who prescribed me a medication, that she prescribed. She doesn't put the minimal effort of looking over someones chart before sitting down with them, so I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel everytime I'm there. Dr. Milliken is the first PCP I’ve had who thoroughly explains everything she’s doing in the appointment and why she’s doing it. I feel like I learned more about my body and how it works in her exam room than I had previously learned at a medical appointment. Not only that, but she is also friendly, funny, and kind. The office staff is also very nice.
