I visited Susan a couple of times & though I liked her on a personal level, found her approach to be unhelpful & frankly, unprofessional. Susan did a lot of sharing of her own personal struggles with me as if we were two girlfriends talking. It felt as if I needed to create space for her baggage as well as mine, which was the last thing I needed at that time.
