Wonderful care These people are like family. We bring all of our animals (dog, cat, rabbit,) to Dr Metzger. I have been going to the Orchard Park Vet for 20+ years so we have been through quite a bit with them. They have always cared for both the human and the animal involved. My pets are my children and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids! As far as the comment that someone found it distasteful to be presented with the bill before putting the animal to sleep, its better to be presented the bill while you can still see... read more
Wonderful This group just opened a new facility that is state of the art. The staff is wonderful. It is a very organized, clean place with a full range of services. They were wonderful and kind when I had to put my dog down which is a difficult experience.
Excellent Care, Extended Hours, 24/7 Emergency Center We have been driving from Williamsville to Orchard Park for nearly 30 years to take our numerous cats and a dog to OPVMC. The doctors, care and facilities are unparalleled in the area.
we had quite an experience with this vet Our dog got wonderful care when we had to rush him to the emergency center in orchard park. Sadly, we lost our dog, but they did do everything in their power to save him. The staff was very knowledgable. we do feel we were left to wait in the room without care for too long, and felt it was wrong that they served us with the bill moments before he was put down.
