Very professional and thorough.
A front desk staff older Caucasian lady is not a business asset . My experience in person and in the phone — this staff comes across arrogant the way she handles clients she does not have an ounce of caring attitude . She talk too fast assuming person on the other side of the phone can follow her thought process. She is methodical seems doing her job for a while but simply do not have the personality compatible for a front desk or telephone business deals . She needs to go for re-training . My doctor is amazing she has taken care of me for over 15 years. Patty her office manager is top notch.
I drove today at this location, around 1:00 pm, after I believe I had a panic attack; usually, a panic attack comes and goes but I was still shaking, sweating, and feeling pressure on my chest and and I couldn’t breath normally. I drove there because I was home alone and it was the closest medical facility- I had to drive less than 10 minutes.
