I met with Susan for the first time yesterday. I was a bundle of nerves bc I had same dr from 15 years old. I had a very positive experience from the minute I walked through the door. Very kind friendly upbeat receptionist very sweet can't do enough for you. Susan was wonderful kind caring and willing to talk through all my health concerns and work together with me. She’s professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, a thoughtful listener who treats me as a valued patient, gives me enough time during our appointment so I don’t feel like she’s rushed for time. She’s thorough, asks intelligent questions, seems genuinely interested & follows up after the appointment especially if there are test results. She’s patient & is a very nice person, which I appreciate. I recommend her highly.
