I met with Susan for the first time yesterday. I was a bundle of nerves bc I had same dr from 15 years old. I had a very positive experience from the minute I walked through the door. She’s professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, a thoughtful listener who treats me as a valued patient, gives me enough time during our appointment so I don’t feel like she’s rushed for time. She’s thorough, asks intelligent questions, seems genuinely interested & follows up after the appointment especially if there are test results.
