Dr. Bay is a terrible doctor. Our family was so upset after any encounter with her. She told my very healthy child (who is almost too thin, naturally) that he should run more often, that the sport he plays isn't a real sport, and tried to insinuate he must have something wrong with him because he felt uncomfortable with her. She is really unkind to parents (I have hard multiple stories) about their parenting - if you co-sleep you're bad, if you put the baby in a bassinet you're bad, if you do literally anything ...she will j... read more
A nice doctor but didn't complete a successful surgery for removing cancer from our sons neck lymph nodes. Left so much disease our local endocrinologist said it was medically impossible to have that much cancer remaining right after surgery. The cancer is very slow growing so it isn't new growth and is residual left behind from failed surgery. The next recommendation was to do RAI. Thank goodness I didn't blindly sign our child up for that. He has way to much disease for the RAI to even be effective against cancer so he wou... read more

Dr. Bay is the worst dr we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rude and hostile. Not knowledgeable about any of the issues we brought our child in for and was very judgmental. The entire time we felt like we were being attacked. The other providers in the practice are pretty good. She is probably the worst Dr I’ve ever met in my entire life. I don’t care how much education she has or which board she is on. She is not a good Dr. and did not help us. And has a TERRIBLE bedside manner. We are worse off after seeing her. I... read more
Couldn't figure out my issue, then told me not to come back. I'm still in pain months later
We see all the physicians at CHOP WC, I had the misfortune of being scheduled with Dr Bay twice. Two of my children are Autistic. Dr Bay made several offensive and incorrect statements about my sons. Ignored my attempts to correct these assumptions and refused to talk about the reason for my actual visit, which was wound care after a bike accident. She suggested I have my son “run on a treadmill towards a bowl of chips” for weight control. “Put locks on the snack cabinets”, “stop letting him eat whatever he wants”, when I ex... read more
Dr Balamuth is smart, compassionate and forward thinking. Her positive attitude and approach continues to bring calmness and comfort to what has been an alarming situation. We are grateful for Naomi and her team.
Absolutely LOVE Dr. Olivieri. My daughter's been seeing her since she was born and she now 10. My daughter loves her, she's always asking when her next appointment is.
Ingersoll is totally judgmental and I didn’t feel safe talking to her. I left every appointment feeling horrible. Don’t ever go to her.
