I’m so frustrated right now that I felt this review was necessary. She truly doesn’t care about you or your time and will do whatever she can to fain ignorance just to avoid doing anything for you. Her office staff do the same, people who went out of their way to reschedule my visit to the most inconvenient time (2 hours before the original time), didn’t ask me to confirm but did it anyway only for me to attend it, have the doc be over 15 mins late to tell me welp call the office, for them to tell me they can’t help me. Fantastic doctor, office and staff. My whole family goes to her and loves her. I just spent over an hour on the phone getting my Mom switched back to her after an insurance broker hoodwinked her into switching plans. Really can't say enough great things about Dr. Levit.
