I see that my previous rating was taken down, so I’ll make this brief: 1. She gave herself 5 stars, already skewing the rating. 2. She wasn’t able to help. She tried, but to be blunt, it almost felt like she was blaming me for not getting better. 3. She rarely adjusted dosages, and opted to try different medications. 4. I have seen Susan several times. While I do believe she is very well educated and competent, she is not able or willing to monitor secure messages via the MyChart app. I have attempted to call her office only to have to deal with a very inept receptionist. I was instructed by her on previous visits to contact her immediately with any concerns. Apparently this is not doable.

After my original Dr moved location I was sent to 3 different people just to end up wasting my time with Susan. She doesn’t know the meaning of the word help. I’ve been on medication my whole life basically and I know what works and what doesn’t work. She is disorganized and rude. On the very first appointment she seemed to thing best process of order is to strip me of my mental health medication. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
