Staff mishandled a urine test I provided and then blamed me for it coming up inconclusive, staff was rude and did not take my concerns seriously. I was taken off medications that worked and instead was put on medication that did not work. I felt like I had no voice when it came to making decisions for my own mental health.
I had such a bad experience with my previous psychiatrist. I feel actually heard with her. I was nervous like no other but by the end I was actually very happy and plan on going back for regular treatment.
I was refered to susan when my last dr moved. I feel like from the very start she has listened and really helped me with my issues. That's huge for me a doctor that actually LISTENS! We went through the faze of figuring out meds and all which is to be expected with any doctor but we found one that works and I've been on it well over a year! Her nursing staff is also so helpful and kind. Thank you Susan!
