Susan Neuber is the best in the area. She is up to date on the latest treatments for Lyme and associated tick diseases, and will work with her patients on the best course of treatment. Susan is smart, empathetic, accessible, and kind. I have been seeing her for 3 years and trust her with my life.
This is the person who runs Lyme Center NE, even the address is the same. Awful. I spoke with the rudest, most unprofessional C-word there yesterday when asking questions over the phone, trying to decide if Lyme Center NE would be a good fit for my son. I won't be bringing him here. I'm giving 2 stars only because we never saw the doctor who was highly recommended.

Susan was the ONLY one that was able to help me. After several specialists and a very negligent primary care doctor I decided to take matters in my own hands and seek out someone well versed in tick-borne diseases. Her office prescribed me what is considered the child's dose for Bactrim for two straight months (I'm an adult). Then changed the prescription to the proper strength without telling me. I only found out because the pharmacist was confused, and then I called Susan's office and they said the previous prescription was an error. Not only was I prescribed the wrong dosage for two months in a row, but they did not even inform me until I called.
