I found Dr. Marcelli to be very thorough and attentive during my annual preventive exam. The reception and front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. My only concern was being charged a $75 copay, even though my insurance covers preventive care at 100% with no copay. I was told the amount would be reimbursed once the insurance claim was processed. I had such a great visit today! The check in was seamless, Natalie was so kind and friendly and even brought me back a little early! Dr Marcelli was so personable and professional ❤ and the checkout lady was friendly ! Highly recommend this office👏
If you care about your health as a woman, do NOT see Dr. Marcelli for well women’s or Perimanopause help. My experience was the worse I’ve had in 30 years
