I had an appointment with Kara Cole, A.P.R.N. for my first visit to this office. From check in, to check out, everyone was amazing. Kara was thorough in going over my history, explaining everything in detail. I can highly recommend this office.

Dr Pillarisetty is very thorough and takes a lot of time with her patients. She is the only doctor in this state to really seem to care and try to find out what is wrong! The girl at the front desk is the friendliest person I have ever encountered at a medical facility (and I see a LOT of doctors). She makes your visit easy and fun. She seems to generally care about the patients that come in there. She is always friendly and smiling and always is very positive.
I had a referral and Dr Knowles wanted more testing before she would take me as a patient as told by her referral department at Carson Tahoe according to my primary. Four months later either she or referral department said they would not be accepting the referral after I had the testing done as asked. Don’t know if it was her or her referral department that would not accept my referral but any case I believe they are incompetent.
