She's great if you're physically in the office with an appointment, but if there's an issue with medication, whether it's an issue with insurance or an issue with running out and needing a prescription filled, there is zero urgency and you have to do all of the following up just to make things happen. And even then, nothing happens and you're just left with medication that's run or left in the balance of denied medication without any hope of having anything handled within a minimum of 24 hours.
I was told I had to see Blakemore as she was filling in for Dr.Wright;;in her absence?so the desk advised me;my ins wont pay as; Blakemore is not in the system??so im told??if she is filling in for Dr. Wright;;why is Blakemore not in the system as Humana advise me???Someone should explain this???this was my annual wellness visit;;;100%covered?NOT::WHY??
This doctor has not helped me one bit and is very judgmental I don’t recommend her to anyone very bad with communication and she is not understanding at all
My previous Dr. & nurse practitioner (who I loved) left so I tried Susan. I was not happy at all with her. She will order tests on your behalf and not discuss with you that she did so and when you get the BIG bill she won't get on the phone with you to discuss, only her rude nurse gets on the phone and gives no explanation and basically says that's what she said.
