Dr. Beck is awesome! Very thorough and detailed in her explanations of the eye exam. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean office and punctual with appointments. Highly recommend!
Everyone in the office/front desk are great. The doctor on the other hand.. seems overwhelmed to the point of making mistakes and not being informed on situations. I had to have my glasses remade because of a typo (a very large jump in my eye prescription that was so large it should’ve been caught easily). Now I’ve had my frames less than a week and they’re getting so loose that they won’t even stay on my head. Quality does not seem very good and experience with the Doc was not good.
