I was disappointed to be running late at Ochsner main, at which point o could not see Dr. Karam, but I guess that’s policy. When I rescheduled for the next morning via virtual, I couldn’t for some reason have the visual of me on her screen. But we went on with the audio, and I found Dr. Karam to be very thorough and sincerely interested in determining a solution to my osteoporosis issues. I‘be been going to her for about 5 years, and I’m so glad she’s my Doctor!! I feel she really has great knowledge about osteoporosis! She really explains things where I can understand!! She always includes me in the decisions that are made about my care!! I love her!!
