This is the second time Susan Kne has catered a special event for us. The first was a dinner at Penfield Beach Pavillion and most recently a dinner for 65 people in our home. All of our guests raved about her food. Everything was delicious from appetizers through dessert. Staff service was friendly and excellent. From menu planning, equipment rental, and bar set up, and clean up- Susan took care of everything with a smile. She is wonderful to work with.

What we love most about working with Susan is how much she listened to our needs and special requests. As we worked together, we enjoyed her personable and passionate nature. She is kind, thoughtful and professional! The end result was thoroughly enjoyed by us and most importantly ALL our guests! Susan catered our wedding and brought some wonderful highlights to the day. She is genuinely kind and easy to talk to, and her food was overall very tasty. The passed hors d’oeuvres were excellent and the dessert was a huge hit with our guests. She is very passionate about what she does and you can tell because her food is delicious! We really appreciated her kindness, positive energy, and dedication, and we’re grateful she was part of our special day.

Susan and her team exceeded all expectations! We hired her to cater breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks for several days. Her patience as we discussed and narrowed down options for catering needs of our company was exceptional.
