I Started going to Dr. Ziglar a year ago as I needed a family Physician here locally. She is wonderful , interested and gives her professional thoughts in an explanation that is easy to understand. I wanted to make an appointment for today and went online yesterday and picked the time. I was very lucky to get in the next day. Everyone is polite and friendly.
I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. I decided to leave then the receptionist apologized for mistakenly not checking me in. I was actually fine with that and understood. As I was walking out they said the dr could see me. My issue was with doctor Susan Ziglar. I have had petechiae on my legs for about a month. Prescribed medicine and was given the wrong directions. Will schedule follow ups and forget why. Schedule follow ups and cancel with incorrect medication given. Won’t respond to medical questions.
I'm not a young chicken,,so I've had my share of pcp doctors. I went to my first appointment this morning with Susan K. Ziglar, MD. it's was ,Awesome, she actually payed attention to what I had to say,,I didn't feel like just another file number to her.
