Susan is very ethical. She took care of our mutual client and we got them CTC and closed early. The client's are very happy with their new home. Give her a ring if you're in the Sarasota, Manatee, or Charlotte county to work with a great knowledgeable Realtor.
In my opinion Susan Jennings is unethical. She informed my agent this morning the seller accepted my offer. She had the partially executed contract that my attorney approved before noon but did not present it to the seller to sign until tonight. Other offers came in today and she informed my agent there was a higher offer she presented to the seller, which was accepted after mine.
