I do recommend Susan Jablon because the customer service is over the top excellent and the quality of the product is really worth the price. So many different colors and sizes to choose from.
I was so disappointed and unable to use her 1x1 tile. I even contacted her company with my concerns: razor-sharp edges on the glass, different tile thicknesses, jagged edges and a rough surface. I said in my email to customer service [with attached pictures] I thought the backing may have been applied to the wrong side! I was told the tiles are 'rustic' and there was nothing wrong with them....$880 poorer as never installed.
Have Susan Jablon tile in Kitchen and bath. Customer service was excellent. Answered all questions and helped assist with grout color. Response was fast. Love my rooms and get so many compliments

I researched glass tile for over a year and I could not be happier with my Susan Jablon tile! The tile arrived 100% intact and undamaged. It was well made and installation was easy. It cleaned up beautifully. Customer service was excellent too. I will be remodeling our pool area in the next year, hopefully, and I will be using Susan Jablon tile for this project too.
We love the tile we ordered, definitely did not disappoint! It is the focal point of our kitchen remodel.
