I was gaslit and told I said " Idon't want to start finasteride" when in fact I never said that. I have mychart messages from september 21st proving I said I" want to start finasteride". she ordered a prostate psa october 1st to start me on finasteride, but somehow she was operating under the impetus of "he does not want the medicine". this is confusing to me. the test showed I was well at the low end of the reference range. with hair loss interventions the best time to start is yesterday. she would not reply to any message ... read more
No follow up with me, results of lab work, X-ray, or progress with referral. Zero communication, very frustrating.
I thought she was rude and didn't care. I'm going to try and find someone else to see when I need a doctor.
Susan is easy to work with, listens and responds quickly to concerns.
Susan Smith was very rude and accusatory. She did not take time to ask questions but rather made assumptions based on reading medical history. She made snide remarks and had zero empathy or trauma-informed approach. She even used the term “people like you,” and who knows what that was supposed to mean. She appeared to care very little about a whole person approach. After insinuating a drug addiction, she stated that all doctors would push drugs and a psychiatrist was needed (to push more drugs).
