I really wish Susan J. Lax had not been so incompetent and aggregiously oblivious to the law, that I came days away from having my mother's home, that was T.O.D'd to myself, foreclosed on. The sheer amount of information she is able to retain and recall at the exact moment for maximum impact is absolutely uncanny. Its not just intelligence its intuition.
