I started my infertility journey back in March 2024. I was referred to Mrs.Hudson During my first appointment, Mrs. Hudson and her team welcomed me and my husband, sat us down and got to know us. She asked all the important questions, she listened to us and told us a plan that was best for us. I left that appointment with so much stress off my back! Really awful experience. From the rude nurses to Dr. Hudson herself. She is very much a "my way or the highway" type of doctor with a clear God complex. She will not listen to any concerns, look at alternative options for treatment, or trust that a patient knows anything whatsoever about her own body. She is also impossible to get ahold of. Was curious if others had experienced the horrible interactions as I have. Literally spent a year complying with the recommendations of Dr. Hudson. Then, was told I was out of luck and she wouldn’t help me after all tests came back good. Wasted a year of my time with her…in our last “ appointment” when I acted shocked about her comments and questioned she said oh you want to try and get pregnant?…why else would I be seeing a fertility specialist. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!
We went with Dr. Hudson for infertility. She and her staff were amazing. They patiently and clearly answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. Dr. Hudson is also very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through any concerns we had. She was able to give us different choice paths from the least invasive to the most invasive. I was very disappointed with my experience meeting Dr Hudson. Despite filling out a very detailed intake form three days prior to our first visit, I felt that she didn’t know anything about me or my husband and she spent the majority of the time reviewing a slide show of basic reproduction. I also felt that she did not individualize my care and later when I declined one test she recommended I felt that she no longer cared about me as a patient. I would encourage you to seek reproductive care elsewhere.
