What a weird experience, start to finish! They were a half hour late for my appointment, and seemed irritated that I mentioned I had another appointment to make in an hour, so I was concerned about time. Immediately the assistant stopped and said, "want to reschedule?" I did not want to, I drove two hours for this appointment, and managed to be on time, and had already waited. Have been seeing Dr Barnes for 15 years and I love him. BUT...if you need glasses take your prescription and go elsewhere. I paid over $300 for a pair of glasses that fell apart in a non stress area 3 weeks after the 1 year warranty. They REFUSED fix / replace them or offer any adjustment on new ones. My husband had cataract surgery last month and needed new glasses. They REFUSED to use a perfectly good pair of heavy duty frames purchased elsewhere. They gave some half a** excuse for not being allowed to use the frames.... read more
