I had been trying to stop drinking alcohol for a few years and had definitely cut back but just couldn’t seem to completely stop so I booked in with Susan Hayden and with only 4 sessions of hypnotherapy I have not had a drink for over 5 months now and feel amazing. I would like to thank and highly recommend Susan for her services, if you are just a bit stuck with something like this and really would like to stop she will definitely be able to help you.

Had an initial consult with Susan over the phone and I was intrigued by her energy. Went ahead and booked in 4 sessions with a focus on lack of sleep, self sabotaging behaviours, anxiety and PTSD. Susan was extremely helpful in implementing strategies to lessen the day to day burdens of the above behaviours. Highly recommend Susan, friendly, insightful, knowledgeable, funny and overall easy to get along with. Looking forward to our next session together.
Susan is amazing at what she does. She worked with our 13 year old Son who had experienced very high anxiety with life. She helped him overcome so much and he now has so much confidence in everything he does.
