After a Clark's nevus grew back I was told I needed surgery to remove it. I wasn't given any other options. It was obvious the dr hadn't read my chart prior to coming into the room. I wasn't informed that they would be using electrosurgery. After a discussion with the dr I refused the surgery. I requested my records and found several errors.
