My sessions with Dr. Ellis are like talking to a friend. She listens and gives her suggestions. Dr. Ellis has helped me deal with personal matters.
Dr. Ellis means well, but I had a largely unpleasant experience. Dr. Ellis is regularly 10-15 minutes late to appointments. For our last tele-visit, something came up at work, and I missed the appointment unannounced. That afternoon I found an email in my inbox terminating treatment due to missing an appointment without explanation or recourse.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Ellis yesterday. I found her very easy to talk to plus with her being a woman she understands my feelings. I think she will be a great help to me.
Dr Ellis compassionate and direct. I appreciated that very much. She is an A+!
I am a goal oriented person. I worked through two major life changes that came down at the same time. I moved on after a couple of months with her help. Time and money very well spent. She is a professional!
Receptionist isn't helpful. She isn't able to answer hardly any question and says that she has to consult with the doctor about everything.
