Susan ONLY cares about insurance/money. She doesn't care to really help people. I feel like I dodged the bullet with her. I saw through her when she text me at 745am asking for a photo of my medical insurance card. When she saw it was quest she denied me services and referred me to a clinic that has no capability of helping anyone with lifetime trauma. She's one to stay away from. B.
I've been talking to Susan for over a decade. She's a good listener, and is not judgmental. What started out as marriage counseling has graduated to more of "life coaching". We started in-person on Maui, but have moved to FaceTime as I relocated to the mainland. We have a good rapport. Things are so much better for me now, I've learned and developed a lot. I highly recommend her care!
Dr Frieder has been extremely helpful! Ive been seeing her in person almost every week for little less than a year now and at first I was a little leary, but have since established a great relationship with her. She has definitely made a difference and is great at teaching me the tools I need to be happier and keep the focus on myself and my recovery! She’s a great listener and is also quite funny which helps at our sessions! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Not to go too much into details, but the most unprofessional therapist I have encountered. We did phone appointments at times and I could hear her loudly opening the door to a microwave and hearing the microwave sounds the whole time her food was heating up and the alarm at the end. Rude. She was also asking me to send her a $7 dollar copay for each visit through Venmo (when in reality my insurance covered 100% of the cost). She is basically your narcissistic grandma giving you advice. She needs to lose her license.
