Little wait time. Receptionist was very professional and pleasant as was the nurse. Nurse and Dr. Susan were very thorough and explained everything. Best physical I have had in a long time. Phebotomist was professional and gentle. Future appointments scheduled and all questions answered.
As always, the facilities were clean, the waiting time was minimal and the staff was polite and competent.
I finally have found a provider that I truly feel seen, heard and received the best care. From the minute I walk in I feel very welcome and it extends from the front desk to the check out time. The whole experience is wonderful an and I can’t recommend enough!

I have had a lot of health challenges over the last 5 years since COVID. Long Covid is something that is new and most doctors don’t know a lot about. Mrs. Susan Fredrick has great bedside manner. She has been an answer to prayer. Even if it’s something not easy to understand or maintain she does her best to help. She always listens and truly cares.. If she doesn’t know she doesn’t mind doing testing to get to the bottom of it. I cannot say enough about the level of care and compassion she shows.
