I have gone to Dr. Williams since I was born so have my sister and brother. We love her and if she is still in the profession I will take my kids to her. She is so friendly and helpful. She is caring and amazing. Her staff is the best. She makes me feel like I can always go to her. I trust her with my life. She has always known what to do. She doesn't do anything regarding shots or prescriptions without the parents' consent. She feels like part of our family.

All 4 of my children have been seen by Dr Williams for most of their childhoods. She is not just their dr. She and Kathy have formed trustful relationships with them that are important when treating children. I have the highest regard for the entire staff and I highly recommend Dr Williams!

My children were patients of Dr. Williams for 8 years without problems. I have now found a new pediatrician because Dr. Williams is refusing to care for my newborn baby after I informed her that I am planning a homebirth. I am disappointed that she is allowing her personal feelings to get in the way of a long standing relationship with my family, and shocked that she would leave a newborn baby without care. There are plenty of other local doctors who will see us without a problem.

We have been so impressed with Dr. Williams and her staff. She takes her time with her patients and is excellent at explaining everything in layman's terms. No matter how busy they are, you never feel rushed, If you call with a medical question, you get to speak with a nurse immediately and if you call after hours, the Dr. or her very caring nurse practitioner return your call. They always follow up to see how your child is after an appointment. This office truly cares about your child.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Williams since he was born. She is compassionate and spends time with her patients. She is knowledgeable and gives exceptional medical care. My son has had to see other pediatricians periodically due to insurance changes and Susan Williams is by far the best! Her office staff are always pleasant and helpful too. She accommodates for same day appointments when needed. I am thankful for her care for my son.

Dr williams is down to earth and tells it like it is. She references some of her own personals experiences and tries to connect with helpful parenting tips. Not only does she care but she takes a personal interest in her patients and their parents. I love being able to tell my daughter she's going to see dr williams and she smiles! My daughter is on to her next surgery and has had a bumpy road, but I can assure dr Williams always has her best interest in mind.

My son has been seeing Dr. Williams and her PA Kathy since he was born. I prefer Kathy. It's been a good practice, but in the last 6 months there seems to have been a decrease in customer service. The last 3 times I have been there, I've had to wait 40-50mins to be seen even though we arrived on time, only to feel rushed through his appointment. Small things like calling with lab results, calling to follow up on how he is doing, and friendly/personal care has declined.

After 12 years of our children seeing Dr. Williams, which we thought was great. We questioned one of her decisions, got a second opinion, which we have the right to do, she dropped our kids like nothing. She does not have the ability to accept the parents questioning her decisions. What kind of Pediatrician is this. After the second opinion, we now have found out that the Dr miss diagnosed our child. We are better off now and made the right decision.
