Terrible people! Did surgery on my husband's neck in 2020 They cut his neck from the front and shaved the bone spurs and straightened his neck with wedges and plates and screws. His neck is nothing but plastic and metal. He is in serious pain today that brings him to tears! He can't raise his arm above his head! He has called numerous times trying to see Dr Armstrong but they want him to see his PA Candace Harper $35 then get mri $100 then come back $35 he said NO I don't like her! Dr Brownfield is amazing! He is thorough, he really listens and explains everything. Doesn’t rush through visits!! He truly cares. I recommend him for sure!!! Not to mention how awesome the entire staff is!!! I never have any problems with anything at this office!!!
She is always pleasant and spends the time needed to talk to you and work on a care plan together.
I should have believed the low star reviews. Wasn’t impressed with first appointment, no testing, no bloodwork, just diagnosis with little examination. Went for a second appointment, was running late, called the office telling them we were going to be late. They said there is a 15 minute policy or you loose your appointment, arrived there 12 minutes after scheduled time, got to window, the receptionist was on the phone with a patient, went to help my parents find a seat and sit, went back to window and they told us we can’t ... read more
I have had several previous surgeries with Dr. Armstrong without issue. I have been going back for over a year to try and get help for my severe neck and lower back issues that need surgical intervention now but they have yet to do anything but tell me to go to the chiropractor. That is a joke for the conditions I have and severe constant pain I’m in and losing my abilities. Dr Shinn was not caring. Simply said my husband had dementia. Never did any bloodwork, nor MRI. Found out last month from an MRI ordered my his internist, that he has NPH and will be seeing a neurosurgeon to do a spinal tap. Had this been done as recommended by Alzheimer’s Association, something could have been done sooner. I do not recommend him.
Treated chronic back pain by burning nerves. Injected 8 shots to numb areas around spine plus 8 to burn nerves after supposedly numbing the area. I couldn’t handle the pain after 6 shots. It was actually worse than the back pain itself. There has to be a better way.
She always gives 100%
