Very disappointing that a business cares more about money than their customers. I was a first time patient, and I will definitely not be returning. I had an appointment for a cleaning, unfortunately I woke up with Covid related symptoms and could not make it but I called them as soon as I was able to and they informed me that they would be charging me a $75 fine for not making it to my appointment. She is very unprofessional...money hungry
I actually used to be a dental assistant and I have very high expectations of what a Dental office should be and Dr.Ellison's office definitely met them. The waiting time to be seated wasn't long and when she diagnosed my fillings I asked many questions and she answered all of them very well and with patience. It can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for and in my opinion I got quality treatment from this office. Very happy with everything overall!
