I was incredibly pleased with the results of my procedure at Mountain Lake Plastic Surgery. Dr. Susan MacLennan, nurse Amel, and her entire staff were amazing. Everyone there was so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for how great they all were to me from beginning to end! If you are researching for the best plastic surgeon in our area, this is most definitely the place.
Really wasn’t impressed with how unprepared the office was. I drove over two hours for nothing essentially. The doctor was rude and I walked out of the room to her discussing my situation loudly enough for others to hear her in the waiting room. I don’t think making comments about the documentation I brought in to support my case being insufficient is something to converse over when I had yet to even leave, nothing was said to me, and others can hear you in the waiting room. Dr. Maclennan is a kind professional plastic surgeon. I had a procedure on October 12. When I went into the surgery room ,I saw a smile on her face and I knew I was going to be ok. The results are amazing. Thank you Dr. Maclennan. to all her staff and the surgery center, thank you.
