Susan, has been preparing my taxes since 2009 I believe, if not longer. She has always been on top of our business and treats us like family. I can call her through-out the year if I come across any new taxing concerns. She is very reasonable with her rates and will treat you like she has known you forever.

Extremely disappointed. I sent in info in February on behalf of my mom. The day before filing she said she did not have everything and would file an extension and send me a copy. Still waiting almost 3 months later. Got another accountant to finish. Sad that this is supposed to be a professional.
