Susan has been an integral part of my discipline to living a healthy lifestyle. Amazing Myofascial/deep tissue masseuse and therapist! Susan is very thoughtful approaching each session we have. She always checks in about where I am and what my needs are. It is awesome to have someone who remembers you and your individual needs/issues. In addition, Susan gives very helpful suggestions about work that can be done at home in between sessions to help improve my self-care. Highly recommended!
