I’m writing this review a couple of years after my appointment, as it still comes to mind how this experience was the most disappointing part of my entire wedding journey. After reading other reviews, I realize that I wasn’t alone in feeling judged based on age and budget. I visited several bridal shops in the NYC area, and none came close to the experience I had here. Everything a bride wants in a bridal shop! A true bridal experience! First of all the gowns are beautiful and there is plenty of selection. Chela, the shop owners expertise cannot be matched. She’s so good at finding exactly what it is that you want even if you can’t figure out what it is yourself. Overall, the perfect experience for a bride!!

I had an unsatisfactory experience with their customer service. When I shared my budget over the phone, the staff member responded, "The only dresses you'll find for that budget are from China." Instead of offering to schedule an appointment for me to try on dresses, she dismissed my needs and displayed a rude attitude. Additionally, I found that emailing them is futile, as you won't receive a response. I recommend proceeding with caution.
