Great terms - great customer service. Was a pleasure working with Mariano and Aigul. Smooth process approving documentation and scheduling a quick closing. Can’t beat their 0 point terms for rehab/construction projects. Highly recommend.
Last minute change in terms after you already signed term sheet but it’s too late to choose anyone else then post close they don’t respond to any email communications. You can do WAY better. Check out Stormfield Capital.
