The accolend team always goes above and beyond to help close my projects. I closed a large multifamily ground up with them a while ago, and I needed extra time and larger loan to finish renting the place. They got me a larger bridge loan to help me prepare for an agency loan. And none of these loans had points.

Easy to work with closed fast
We worked with Mariano on a deal. Him and the whole team were great to work with. It was a deal that had to close quickly, and the team understood the urgency, reviewed conditions quickly, and provided good feedback on what was needed to close. We will be looking to accolend for future fix and flip loans.
