WORST Doctors office ever! Do NOT go. The first doctor left the room while I cried and did not return. NO ONE answers the phone and their automated messages are full. They need an office manager or something. No one cares or does their jobs correctly. I switched doctors to Dasta. While she is an okay doctor she did not file my approvals so now I have to wait longer for my healthcare. They delay your healthcare with their disorganized crappy level of service. The WORST doctors office I have ever been to. Steer clear of this office and her useless assistants. I urgently needed a refill for a prescription I’m not supposed to stop taking and they told I had to make an appointment in the office with no availability for weeks. I was in a mental health crisis and they still refused help, knowing the circumstances. This office has the WORST attitude problem and everyone shifts the blame to everyone else. Run far far away from this office.
Genuinely one of the most infuriating & poorly run doctor’s offices I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to get ahold of the receptionist or the medical assistant and the doctors will go out of town for weeks without notification and leave your test results just sitting there…… Dasta is a good doctor but it’s not worth it to deal with the office/medical assistant. Seriously go somewhere else don’t waste your time here!!!!
A very nice lady who knew Exactly what I needed. Listened.Answered everything I asked. I'm really happy to have her as my new doctor.
