I am regretful to write that I cannot speak positively about my experience at this office. I had a physical and the staff was extremely unhelpful with next steps on lab reporting. They just told me go to quest- no steps on how or when they would follow up. I have called five times now with no answer- requesting a prescription as they required me to get lab results before the prescription could be written. I am dissatisfied and will not be returning. I just enrolled my adult child with Dr. Dasta since my child can no longer go to the pediatrician. Dr. Dasta has also been my primary care physician for the last 5+ years. I appreciate how she really listens to me during my visits and the same goes for her nurse. I've had many doctors that I dread having to see, but Dr. Dasta isn't one of them. drove 40 minutes to the office, waited 30 minutes for them to tell us they called and left a message about the appointment being cancelled. no message/voicemail was left.
I’ve had mostly bad luck with accessing medical care these 8 years living in LA (Bay Native), but am so happy with Dr. Dasta and everyone working in this medical office. Doctors and staff are kind, pay attention, and manage time well so you can express your concerns but also not end up making other patients wait forever to be seen. Absolute top-notch warm and friendly professionalism! I’m a very happy patient!
