My daughter was seen by the doctor earlier this month. The office made an error with her insurance, and her referral to see a specialist still has not been authorized to date. When we call the authorization office, we are told the referral has not been submitted(about two weeks out after seeing doctor). When we call the doctor’s office and get transferred, the line disconnects. When we leave messages requesting a call back from a medical assistant, no one calls. This has gotta be THE WORST physician and medical group I've been to. After the visit they gave me a lab order, and told me how to exit. No instructions didn't even tell me I had to be fasted until I asked. I'm sick and I tried to make an appointment. I stated someone at home was diagnosed with strep throat and another with COVID. They wanted to do virtual and not until the end of the week. How are they supposed to look at my throat or run the strep throat test? And end of week? Lol I'm sick today. Rather go to ER. Had to switch doctor due to insurance change. Both recent appointments have been on time. Dr. Dasta listened and offered helpful advice . Have been happy.
