The ladies in the office are very professional, I like this office. Overall, i'm not particularly thrilled with State Farm now that I have actually had to use the insurance for the first time.

Susan is wonderful to work with and was so helpful getting us the right coverage for our home and vehicles. She was quick to get the policies completed and very attentive throughout the process. Susan really took the time to know our family's needs so we had the right coverage. Thank you Susan!
Susan and her team meet the definition of what excellent customer service should look like! Honestly, I should've written a review years ago because they've always provided me with annual updates asking if there is anything that I need help with or clarification on my existing policies. Unfortunately, this year I had to file a home owner's insurance and a vehicle claim, and Susan and her team supported my family and I through the entire process. Susan is so great! She is always available when we need her and takes her time to make sure we have everything we need! She stays up to date on our family and her staff always recognizes us as we come in, even on unannounced visits!!
