Dr. Smith is a fantastic therapist. Humbleness doesn't exist here. To be candid, my primary concern was having panic attacks/anxiety attacks, trouble coming to terms with grief, and worry about everything and everyone. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a few months and she has really helped me understand myself and building confidence. Very personable and has a great way of helping me understand or visualize a process, as I work on myself. Not afraid to tell you like it is and making sure it will take work on your behalf as well. Has also helped me understand the mind of an addict as I have been affected by people who suffered from it.
